II. Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment (40%)
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: intake requests, planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, offering and onboarding.
Recommend effective hiring channels and optimize recruitment budget.
Conduct orientation training and probation progress tracking for new employees.
Summarize and analyze monthly/quarterly recruitment performance for strategic improvement.
2. Employer Branding & Employee Engagement (60%)
Build and develop employer branding strategy, including internal & external communication activities.
Manage recruitment channels (Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, job platforms), update job posts and interact with candidates.
Create compelling content & recruitment marketing materials (visuals, articles, video clips…).
Support planning & organizing internal activities: team-building, year-end party, internal clubs, culture events.
Handle additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
III. Requirements
College/University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment (preferably in agency environment).
Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment & negotiation.
Proactive, analytical thinking, good communication and teamwork spirit.
Creative mindset for employer branding and culture development.
Advantage: Mindset or experience applying Automation/AI in hiring and process improvement.
