Job description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Management – 80%

• Client Servicing & Consultancy:
  • Receive briefs, challenge and refine objectives.
  • Host weekly WIP calls and bi-weekly KPI reviews.
  • Proactively suggest upsell/cross-sell opportunities. (nice-to-have)
• Campaign Execution & QA:
  • Review scripts, captions, visual mock-ups; ensure legal claims compliance.
  • Route feedback with Content Creative to Influencers.
  • Schedule go-live, monitor real-time posts, troubleshoot instantly.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Build dashboards for working deck: engagement, SOV, CPE/CPA.
  • Benchmark each influencer’s output; recommend optimisations.
  • Deliver post-campaign reports and case studies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Foster seamless collaboration between functional teams and other vendor agencies to deliver outstanding results as a cohesive unit.
  • Synchronise timelines and messaging consistency across channels.

2. Team Management – 20%

• Coach juniors on campaign QA, and reporting processes.
• Update and improve SOPs, templates, and best-practice playbooks.

Work relations:

• Internal: Content Creative, Social Outreach, Sale Admin
• External: Clients, third parties, suppliers, KOL/KOC, Talent Representatives/agencies…

Report to: Associate Account Manager
Promotion: Can be promoted to Associate Account Manager

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Having Bachelor‘s degree in marketing & business is a plus

Knowledge

• Social Media
• Have knowledge about data analytics tool/software is a big plus

Skill

• Project management
• Organizational skills
• Be good at English skills are preferred
• Multi-tasking
• Communication skill
• Experience in project management with flexibility to adapt to various project situations

Experience

• 3+ years in Account / Influencer Marketing, preferably agency side.
• Solid grasp of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Hands-on with social-listening tools is a big plus.

Personality

• Willing to learn and enjoy new challenges. High sense of responsibility, result-oriented.
• Be self-servicing and able to act on own initiative where necessary.
• Have ownership mindset – never say never attitude.
