I. About The Miracle Agency
The Miracle Vietnam Co., Ltd is a Social Outreach–driven agency specializing in Influencer Marketing, Community Engagement, and Integrated Social Campaigns across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
As the company expands rapidly, the Finance & Accounting Department plays a crucial role in ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
II. Roles & Responsibilities
1. Collect, verify, and process accounting documents
Review the validity, legality, and accuracy of input and output invoices.
Record all economic transactions in compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
Reconcile documents and accounting records on a regular basis.
2. Tax declaration & submission
Prepare periodic tax filings: VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), and invoice usage reports.
Ensure timely tax payments and handle any discrepancies or adjustments.
Financial reporting & tax finalization
Consolidate data and prepare annual financial statements, including:
Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Notes to the Financial Statements.Execute CIT and PIT finalization according to regulations.
Monitor and apply new tax policies relevant to the company.
4. Payment processing
Prepare payment documents: payment requests, bank transfers, cash vouchers, etc.
Verify completeness and accuracy of the payment dossier before processing.
Execute timely payments to vendors, suppliers, KOLs/Influencers, and partners.
Monitor accounts payable and prepare weekly/monthly cash flow plans.
Reconcile bank transactions and ensure data accuracy.
Audit & tax inspection preparation
Organize and maintain accounting documents in a systematic and compliant manner.
Prepare reports and supporting documents for auditors or tax authorities when required.
III. Requirements
Education & Experience
College/University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tax Accountant.
Experience in both retail and wholesale business models is a strong advantage.
Skills & Knowledge
Solid understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations and accounting standards.
Proficiency in MISA, Sapo, Haravan is preferred.
Ability to provide professional recommendations to the Chief Accountant or Management.
