II. Roles & Responsibilities

Project Support

• Support the Account team throughout all phases of campaign & project management. 
• Receive internal briefs, clarify objectives and ensure task alignment. 
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors and audience insights to support strategic direction. 

Campaign Execution & QA

• Review scripts, captions and content deliverables to ensure consistency. 
• Consolidate and route feedback between Creative team and KOL/KOC talent. 
• Assist with scheduling go-live, monitoring real-time performance & troubleshooting issues. 

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Update and maintain campaign tracking metrics: Engagement, SOV, CPE/CPA.
  Report to: Associate Account Manager
• Support preparation of weekly/monthly reports and post-campaign reviews. 

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams (Creative, Social Outreach, Sale Admin) and external parties (clients, influencers, talent agencies, vendors). 
• Support alignment of timelines and communication across all channels.

III. Requirements

• College/University students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields. 
• Strong interest in Influencer Marketing, Social Media & digital campaigns. 
• Experience in agency is a plus but not required. 
• Good communication, research and organisational skills. 
• Proactive, eager to learn, high responsibility and ownership mindset. 
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
